Hassan Rabiya

With over than 8 years of experience as a Legal Advisor in the UAE, Hassan’s focus of advising on Corporate, Banking, commercial, civil, construction, and labor disputes. Yet he has wide ranging experience of litigation. His expertise extends to matters of regulatory compliance in the area of contracts, corporate matters, and handled all types of lawsuits before the federal and local courts of the UAE, he also has extensive experience advising on Arbitration and dispute resolution particularly in the areas of corporate. His wide knowledge and experience in UAE enable him to be a well-verse with UAE laws. Hassan has a law degree from Al Neelain University and MBA from Sudan Academy for Sciences. in Khartoum, Sudan. He is a licensed lawyer in Sudan since 2008 and has worked for several companies as a Legal Advisor, gaining experience in Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Banking law. Hassan joined Fichte & Co Litigation department in July 2020. He handles major litigation issues and advising clients on Civil Law, Commercial Law, and insurance laws.

Anna Mkrtchyan

Anna is a Paralegal at the firm. Her educational background includes LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from French University in Armenia and Jean Moulin Lyon 3 university in France. Before joining Fichte & Co, Anna worked as an in-house lawyer and international department specialist in one of the Armenian biggest retail companies, advising on corporate, customs and tax matters and then joined Top Tier Financial and Corporate law firm in Armenia as an Associate. Anna had experience in providing legal advice to Armenian and international financial institutions, banks, start-ups, as well as investment companies and funds. Moreover, she assisted the Managing partner of the law firm in handling legislative reforms with the Central bank of Armenia.

Jeanne Visser

Paralegal (Corporate & Commercial)
Jeanne has just joined the company as a legal assistant in the Corporate and Commercial Department. Jeanne’s educational background includes a B.A. Honors Degree in Law and International Relations from SOAS, University of London, after which she completed the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL). At present and in conjunction with her work at Fichte & Co, Jeanne is completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) as well as an L.L.M in International Commercial Law at the University of Law, London. She is currently working towards qualifying as a UK Solicitor. Before joining Fichte & Co, Jeanne undertook work experience both in London and Dubai, working as in-house counsel at an events management company, at Barristers Chambers as well as at International Law firms specializing in Maritime Law. She mainly assisted in advising corporate clients and regulatory bodies on corporate, commercial, and financial regulatory matters. Jeanne’s role consists of assisting the corporate and commercial department in the investigation of cases, preparation of legal documents and strategies, preparing case files, and execution legal research related to commercial and business matters under the Federal Laws of UAE as well as foreign laws. At University in London, Jeanne chaired the debate team and took part in several renowned mooting competitions. She also attended Model United Nations conferences where she was awarded a ‘commended delegate’ for her advocacy skills.
