EMAC Breakfast Seminar
The Emirates Maritime Arbitration Centre Seminar on Sunday 11 March, 2018 was presented by our Partner, Alessandro Tricoli advising on ship sale and purchase disputes.
The session was focused on potential issues in ship sale and purchase agreements and to what extent arbitration provides a reliable way to address possible disputes.
