Lakshmi Omanakuttan is a Junior Associate in the Corporate & Commercial team at Fichte & Co, based in Dubai.

She brings over seven years of professional experience across India and the UAE, with a strong background in litigation, arbitration, debt recovery, and complex commercial and civil matters. She has practical experience before UAE courts and arbitral forums, including the DIFC and ADGM, as well as prior advocacy experience before Indian courts.

At Fichte & Co, Lakshmi advises on UAE company law, employment law, regulatory compliance, and corporate structuring. Her work includes drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial agreements, assisting with company incorporations and restructurings, liaising with government departments and free zone authorities, and preparing legal opinions supported by detailed research.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked with UAE-based law firms on litigation, arbitration, and debt recovery matters, including disputes under DIFC, ADGM, ICC, and DIAC rules, as well as construction, employment, and family law matters.

Lakshmi is admitted as an Advocate in India and is registered as a Sole Practitioner with the Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts.
