Galymzhan is a dual-qualified lawyer, admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales and licensed to practise in Kazakhstan. He holds an LL.M. from the Australian National University and advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, private clients, and founder-led businesses on complex corporate and commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Drawing on experience across both common law and civil law systems, Galymzhan advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, financing transactions, corporate governance, regulatory matters, due diligence, and commercial contracting.

His experience spans the UAE, Kazakhstan, Hong Kong, and other international markets, supporting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and legal due diligence through to negotiation, execution, and post-completion implementation.

He combines technical legal expertise with a practical understanding of clients’ strategic and commercial objectives, particularly when handling complex international transactions.
