Bhargavi is a senior associate in the Ship & Aviation Finance practice, with over 10 years of post-qualification experience in financing and corporate transactions in a variety of cross border and middle east specific transactions with international asset finance expertise.

She has experience advising on a range of aircraft leasing and financing structures, including operating and finance leases, JOLCOs, sale and leasebacks, as well as aircraft purchases, novation, and refinancing arrangements. She is recognized as a key lawyer for Aviation (including aerospace and defence) by Legal 500 in the Asia Pacific region.

Before joining Fichte & Co, Bhargavi was the legal counsel for the Noon Group in the Middle East where she regularly collaborated with shareholders and business teams to structure and execute strategic transactions. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young where she advised corporations and financial institutions on commercial & financing transactions and regulatory matters.

With a strong foundation in private practice and an in-house role, she offers holistic legal and commercial advice, grounded in regulatory expertise and shaped by a pragmatic, results-driven approach.

Bhargavi has a strong interest in aircraft and the aviation industry and actively participates in online aviation communities to stay informed and engaged with industry developments and fellow enthusiasts.
