Amanda is a dual-qualified shipping and commodities lawyer with more than a decade of experience advising on complex maritime, commercial, and corporate matters. Her practice covers vessel arrests and sales, charterparty and bunker disputes, and advisory work for P&I clubs. She also handles claims involving commodities, trade finance, and documentary credits. Additionally, her expertise spans corporate restructuring, insolvency, shareholder oppression claims, and sanctions compliance.

Before relocating to Dubai, Amanda spent more than ten years training and practicing at leading law firms in Singapore, where she represented a diverse international client base in high-value litigation and international arbitration proceedings.

She is admitted to practice in Singapore and England and Wales and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
