Mahmoud Ahmed joined Fichte & Co in 2018, and has a law degree from the Faculty of Law at Alexandria University in Egypt and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2006. Prior to joining Fichte & Co, Mahmoud gained valuable experience in Shipping, Civil, and Construction litigation and dispute resolution at EGP & UAE based law firms.

With more than 9 years of experience as a Shipping Lawyer and P&I Correspondents in Egypt, in addition to long valuable of experience as a litigation specialist in UAE, Mahmoud’s knowledge and experience in UAE litigation is broad. He has successfully handled all types of lawsuits before the federal and local courts of the UAE. He particularly manages matters in the areas of Shipping, Construction, Civil, Commercial, and labour disputes for local and international clients.

Mahmoud Ahmed supports our clients in all interactions with the dispute resolution and as a true litigator, spends most of his time drafting Courts submissions. Due to his extensive experience in working as a legal consultant in the UAE, he represents and advises our clients in all necessary ways for litigation and dispute resolution under the UAE Laws.
