Moaz joined Fichte & Co in February 2012 and has a law degree from Al Neelain University in Khartoum, Sudan. He is a licensed lawyer in Sudan since 2008  and brings extensive experience as a legal advisor across multiple sectors.

With over than 18 years of litigation experience in the UAE, Moaz possesses broad and in-depth knowledge of the UAE legal system.. He has successfully represented clients before both federal and local courts, handling a wide spectrum of disputes. His areas of expertise include shipping and maritime law, insurance law, corporate and commercial matters, civil law and disputes, construction disputes, agency law, air carriage, tort claims, banking, trademarks, medical liability and disputes.

A dedicated litigator, Moaz plays a key role in supporting clients throughout all stages of dispute resolution. He is extensively involved in preparing legal opinions, developing case strategies, and drafting court submissions. His practical, results-oriented approach enables him to effectively advise and represent clients in complex litigation matters under UAE law.
